December 22, 2017U.A. Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 22 sold the 17,000 sf training center and office building at 3651 California Drive in Orchard Park to a mechanical contractor. The training center required expansion, leading to Local 22’s purchase of 120 Gardenville in West Seneca, a former “Lifetime Health” clinic marketed by Dave Schiller SIOR and his colleague Daniel O’Neill SIOR. Dave Schiller and Ben Schiller marketed California Drive for sale.
