February 11, 2016Dave Schiller and Ben Schiller completed the following lease, as reported by Jim Fink in Buffalo Business First on February 4, 2015:
“Just a few months after acquiring a Sheridan Drive shopping center, the plaza’s owner has secured a new anchor tenant.
National retailer AutoZone Inc. has agreed to open an outlet in the plaza, located at 3311 Sheridan Drive, bringing a 6,800-square-foot store to the shopping center.
Plans are to demolish the center’s former anchor Markheim Tropical Fish & Pet Store and replace it with the AutoZone store that will part of the plaza but its own stand-alone building.
Markheim closed last year.
The AutoZone project will be reviewed by the Amherst Planning Board when it meets on Feb. 18″
