David L. Schiller SIOR was named Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company of Buffalo’s Salesperson of the Year for 2019.
David sold the greatest number of office buildings in the Buffalo area including: 110 Broadway (Connect Life’s former HQ), 899 Main (former Lifetime Health medical office building), 1195 Main Street (Belmont Housing to G-Health), 17 Beresford (“The Law Center”), and 1185 Sweet Home (former Lifetime Health clinic to Landmark Student Housing). David also completed professional office, medical, and behavioral services leases and lease renewals.
He completed industrial transactions including: sale of 25 Boxwood to JIT-Toyota in an off-market transaction, sale of 1110 Military to an investor from NYC, lease of a food grade warehouse in West Seneca, lease expansion of a Canadian company in Cheektowaga, a major expansion into new warehousing for a national manufacturer in Cheektowaga, and a lease for a Buffalo construction company in Rochester.
David serves on the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors’ Global Board of Directors, and is a trustee of the SIOR Foundation. Dave is a literacy volunteer in a Buffalo public elementary school, volunteered in the NEXUS program for high school students, and serves on the Board of Trustees of Temple Beth Tzedek in Amherst, NY.
