April 27, 2016Dave was elected Speaker-Elect (2018-2020 Speaker) of SIOR’s global Chapter Leadership Council, at the Society of Industrial & Office Realtor’s Spring World Conference in San Diego, California. SIOR is the leading professional office and industrial real estate association with 3,100 members in 630 cities in 34 countries. He is the first Upstate New York member of SIOR to be elected by the society to serve in this capacity. He is associate broker and director of sales at Pyramid Brokerage Company of Buffalo/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member.

David graduated from Cornell University. He joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 1998 after military service, irrigation system design & sales, and 10 years of facilities-related sales.
David’s practice includes: 1.) tenant buyer advocacy services in the office and industrial market segments, and 2.) marketing campaigns for sale or lease of office and industrial.
