“A Wheatfield warehouse has been sold in a private deal for $2.35 million.
Bona Liberty Holdings, of Wheatfield, bought the 33,000-square-foot building at 2236 Liberty Drive from Daoud NY Investments Inc., according to the Schiller-Kolber Team at Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage, which represented the buyer.
The building previously was occupied by Welding Chemicals Inc.
David Schiller said Bona Liberty Holdings is affiliated with a logistics company, though he said he could not disclose the building’s new occupant.
He said the buyer took advantage of the opportunity to buy a warehouse in an extremely tight market.
“This company has been looking for quite some time,” he said.
The building, located on 6.6 acres, includes three truck docks, clean rooms and chemistry and biology labs.”
