Buffalo was home to Mark Twain for two years, 1869-1871, as a partner and writer at The Buffalo Express. While in London in 1897, rumors circulated reporting his illness then death. Subsequently interviewed by a reporter he stated: “The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated.”

We can confidently state the office real estate market IS NOT DEAD. Challenged yes, but very much alive.

Coming:  more flexibility; different furniture deployment; measure temperatures of employees, more private offices?

We are social beings therefore BUSINESS can’t essentially be “virtual.”

Landlords and Tenants are in the same boat, both want to stay afloat.
