With a closing pending for three of its sites, Lifetime Health Medical Group has listed the properties on the local real estate market.
And, early in the listing process, interest is strong.
“All are in good locations,” said David Schiller, Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage Co. of Buffalo, the listing agent. “That helps.”
Up for sale are:
• 1185 Sweet Home Road in Amherst, which is adjacent to University at Buffalo.
The approximately 33,000-square-foot medical office building is situated on a 12.2 acre site and has a $7 million asking price.
• 151 Elmview Road in, Hamburg. The 12,000-square-foot building is located just south of Camp Road Exit 57 along the New York State Thruway.
Lifetime Health is asking $1.1 million for the building, which sits on a 5.6-acre site.
• 899 Main Street in Buffalo.
Located in the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, the 33,000-square-foot building comes with its own on-site surface parking lot.
Lifetime Health is asking $6.5 million for the building.
Earlier this month, Lifetime Health announced it was closing the three sites by Dec. 31, if not sooner. Pharmacy operations in each facility were sold to Rite Aid.
The closure impacts 200 Lifetime Health employees and 43,000 patients.
